Our mixed chile jellies are a mixture of fresh chile jalapeños, chile canario or the famed chile de agua chiles and bell peppers grown in the Oaxacan sunshine. They are simmered in vinegar and sugar to make rich, hot and sweet combinations.  Create a delicious appetizer by pouring over goat cheese or mix with cream cheese and serve with your favorite breads or crackers.  Also great used in dressings or marinades or added to a quick sauté of vegetables, Asian food or even in pasta dishes. Spice up your bar skills by adding some jelly to your favorite cocktail.  Comes in greenred, and yellow varieties.
